Pat was great from the very first time we spoke. We first spoke over the phone and I gave him my water test results. Just like that he was able to tell me the what I needed to fixed my problem. He was able to fix my problem significantly cheaper than other companies that came to my house. I also have reached out to him a number of times after my install with questions and he always responds fast. I am very happy with the service and quality of my equipment.

Patrick installed a water softener, sediment filter, and UV Light in my water system. We've been very happy with the results. What we liked best though is that Patrick is not a high-pressure pushy salesperson, but rather he is great about making sure the customer understands why a part or service is needed, how it will help them, and how soon a solution may be needed. Mr. Smith contacted me promptly after I inquired via Home Advisor. When I told him I was just shopping around and wasn't interested for a few months he left me alone and called back when I suggested. He answered my questions promptly, showed up on time and the work was completed when he projected.

Patrick arrived on time and was clean, organized and very pleasant. The water softener with filtration system was installed in less than 4 hours. The system worked well with no noticeable drop in water pressure. Patrick checked me out on the equipment and maintenance. Very good experience!

He provided options and helped us through the process of selecting the correct water softer and then we added an in-line filter for Chlorine. We loved the option of an in-line system for our home. He provided an education that was perfect and went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Patrick cleaned up after the install and walked us through how to operate the system.
We did look at other very large companies but the idea of needing annual system checks and clean ups/outs was expensive and did not seem necessary for the type of system we purchased. Patrick explained how to clean our system by changing the filter and how/when to fill the salt tank made it less expensive over time.
We felt Patrick was honest and listened to what we needed. We would and have recommend Patrick.
